Business Development Manager | AI/Fintech

We are partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company that develops enterprise AI solutions for the financial services industry. Its platform helps financial institutions enhance investment research, strengthen risk management, and automate complex workflows using AI.

As the company continues to expand its Financial AI business across Hong Kong and Singapore, it is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and accelerate regional growth.

Job Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities with financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and brokerages.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Hong Kong and/or Singapore.
Understand client needs and recommend AI solutions for investment research, risk management, and workflow automation.
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to deal closure.
Partner closely with product and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
Provide market and customer insights to help shape product development and go-to-market strategy.

Job Requirements
3–8 years of business development or sales experience in FinTech, AI, SaaS, or financial services.
Strong network and solid understanding of the Hong Kong and/or Singapore financial services ecosystem.
Proven experience selling to institutional financial clients is highly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
