Promote and drive the adoption of AI tools and digital productivity solutions across the organization.
Act as an internal AI evangelist by conducting training sessions, workshops, roadshows, and awareness programs.
Educate employees on effective and responsible use of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.
Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Collaborate with business users to improve productivity and operational efficiency through digital solutions.
Build, train, test, and enhance machine learning models to support business initiatives.
Develop AI-based prototypes and proof-of-concepts to address business challenges.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
Promote responsible AI usage and compliance with organizational policies.
Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for AI and automation initiatives.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance requirements.
Work closely with business units to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities.
Translate business requirements into practical AI and automation solutions.
Measure and report the business impact and value generated from AI initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in AI, digital transformation, business automation, and technology implementation.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms.
Experience in designing, developing, or deploying Machine Learning models for business or operational use cases.
Practical experience in workflow automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Experience conducting user training, workshops, presentations, or change management initiatives will be advantageous.
Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and implementing automation solutions.
Strong Understanding Of

Machine Learning concepts, model training, testing, and deployment
Prompt engineering techniques
Data analytics and visualization
Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Proficiency In
