A rapidly growing biotechnology organization is investing heavily in enterprise AI and is seeking a Senior Director of Agentic AI & Automation to design and scale next-generation AI capabilities across the business. This is an opportunity for a highly technical AI leader to build reusable agent frameworks, multi-agent architectures, enterprise AI platforms, and automation capabilities that can be leveraged across commercial, medical, R&D, and corporate functions.
This is not a people-management-only leadership role.
We're looking for someone who still enjoys building, coding, architecting, and solving hard technical problems at the highest level.
What You'll Do
Build and scale enterprise Agentic AI capabilities
Design multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
Develop AI automation platforms and reusable agent frameworks
Establish standards around AI governance, observability, and deployment
Architect enterprise-wide GenAI solutions
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify future opportunities
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and data teams
Remain actively involved in solution design and development
