Help define how AI is built and scaled in real-world products. In this role, you will lead the strategy, governance and delivery of AI across Enterprise Digital Product, ensuring solutions are reliable, measurable and responsibly deployed.

What you’ll do
Set AI product strategy, prioritization and performance metrics
Establish responsible AI standards across data, evaluation and governance
Standardize delivery from development to production (MLOps/LLMOps)
Lead risk frameworks for testing, launch and monitoring
Partner with product, engineering, legal and compliance teams
Oversee AI monitoring, incident response and continuous improvement
Build and lead a high-performing data science team

What you’ll bring
Experience leading data science or ML teams in a product environment
Strong understanding of ML, generative AI and lifecycle management
Experience with responsible AI and governance practices
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and deliver business impact

Required qualifications
5+ years with NLP/LLM pipelines and data strategy
Experience aligning product delivery with risk and regulatory needs
Background in AI safety, governance or incident response
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead distributed teams
Authorization to work in the U.S.
