Join LENKIE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as an AI Product Manager reporting to the CTO. This high-impact role blends 60% product strategy with 40% hands-on technical prototyping. You will embed with Risk and Underwriting teams to identify high-value opportunities, build working LLM prototypes, and scale AI-driven solutions that redefine how small businesses access capital.

What You Will Do

Partner with Risk, Collections, and Underwriting teams to diagnose operational bottlenecks and identify high-value AI implementation opportunities.
Build functional end-to-end prototypes using Python or TypeScript, LLMs, RAG, and agents to prove technical feasibility before committing engineering resources.
Own the AI product roadmap, defining clear success metrics and ensuring every initiative aligns with measurable company growth and risk reduction objectives.

The ideal candidate

Brings 3–6 years of experience in product management or engineering, ideally with a background as a software engineer, data scientist, or technical founder.
Demonstrates hands-on proficiency in Python or TypeScript with a proven track record of building and shipping applications powered by LLMs.
Possesses strong data fluency with SQL and a commercial mindset to connect technical AI outputs to revenue and operational efficiency.
